Refund Policy

 

This refund policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for the online veterinary consultation service ("Service") provided by niksvetcare ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use our Service.

 

1.       Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances: The consultation service was paid for but not provided. A cancellation of the appointment is made within the prescribed timeframe (if applicable). In case we are unable to reschedule an appointment, and you choose not to reschedule.

 

2.       Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at niksvetcare@gmail.com. Your refund request must include the following information: Your name and contact information. Date and time of the appointment. Reason for the refund request. We will review your request and may request additional information to process the refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within a 5-7 working days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

3.       Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 1 hour in advance. If you cancel with less than 1 hours’ notice, you will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation requests made after the prescribed timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.  

 

4.       Failure to Reschedule

If we are unable to reschedule an appointment and you choose not to reschedule, you will be eligible for a refund of the consultation fee.

 

5.       Non-Refundable Services

If you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 15 mins' notice, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Some services or fees, such as administrative or processing fees, may not be refundable. Such exceptions will be communicated to you before payment.
