Terms and Conditions for Online Veterinary Consultation

 

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online veterinary consultation service ("Service") provided by [niksvetcare.com] ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

 

2. Veterinary Consultation Service

Our Service offers online veterinary consultations for your pets. Our veterinarians will provide guidance and recommendations based on the information you provide. The information and advice provided are not a substitute for an in-person veterinary examination. You should consult with a local veterinarian for any urgent or emergency situations.

 

3. Booking an Appointments

To use our Service, you must create an account, provide accurate information, and adhere to our privacy policy. You must make a payment using the prescribed method. You can then select a desired time slot. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if necessary. In case of rescheduling, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment for a time that is convenient for you, we will refund your payment.

 

4. Payment

We require payment for our Service. The fees are clearly stated on our website or app. By using our Service, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are made through our secure payment gateway. We do not store your payment information. In the event we are unable to provide the consultation, we will refund the amount you paid promptly.

 

5. Rescheduling of an appointment

In case of emergency, you can reschedule your appointment. You will have to notify us through a call at least 15 minutes prior to your booking slot. In that case, we will make every effort to find a time that is convenient for you. But we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment for a time that is convenient for you.

 

6. Cancellation and refunds

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 1 hour in advance. If you cancel with less than 1 hours’ notice, you will not be entitled to a refund. If we are unable to provide your online veterinary consultation for any reason, we will refund your payment in full.We will not cancel rescheduled appointment[Rescheduled Initiated ].

 

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet's condition during the consultation. You are responsible for the welfare of your pet and should seek immediate care from a local veterinarian if your pet's condition worsens or in emergencies.

 

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We will keep all of your personal information and pet's medical records confidential. We will not share this information with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

 

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide the Service 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may affect availability.

 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
